Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management, technical sales, business development, or operations within industrial or heavy engineering environments.
• Knowledge of rotating equipment (pumps, compressors, gearboxes) and steam turbine systems.
• Proven experience in client management, contract negotiations, and team leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; equivalent technical experience may be considered.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities across power generation, oil & gas, and chemical processing industries.
• Manage client relationships, proposals, pricing, contract negotiations, and revenue growth.
• Oversee projects from contract award through testing, reporting, and invoicing.
• Coordinate facility operations, staffing, schedules, budgets, and resource planning.
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, safety, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage facility P&L, project profitability, and client-witnessed testing events.
