Messer Americas is seeking a Lead Machinery Engineer to provide expert technical leadership in rotating equipment across project execution, from design through commissioning and maintenance. Qualifikationen
- Broad knowledge of compressors and pumps used in industrial plants.
- Experience with cryogenic expanders and related equipment.
- Familiarity with API-617, API-618 and CGA standards.
- Understanding of oxygen cleaning and safety practices.
- Ability to travel 25–40% as required by projects.
Aufgaben
- Lead design, specification, selection, commissioning and troubleshooting of rotating equipment.
- Provide preliminary equipment design/cost bases for proposals.
- Interface with engineering disciplines and vendors to fulfill project targets.
- Develop and mentor junior engineers in rotating equipment discipline.
- Participate in HAZOPs and risk assessments as a technical contributor.
- Develop and implement QA/QC plans for rotating equipment.
