The role supports employee travel and deployments, ensuring processes are organized, compliant, and aligned with business priorities.

You will drive follow-through and maintain visibility into priorities and risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in operations, admin, program support, HR, or related function.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and follow-through skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate PMO, HR, Security, Recruiting, Facilities, and travel activities.
• Maintain processes, documentation, and communication across programs.
• Track actions, deliverables, staffing, risks, and dependencies.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, and personnel changes.
• Provide leadership updates on priorities and resource needs.
