Job summary

Voyager Technologies is seeking a Senior Coordinator, Talent Operations to execute high‑volume scheduling, publish program updates, and develop training materials. This hands‑on role supports senior leaders, coordinating calendars, onboarding, and change management in a fast‑paced environment.

This remote position requires ET work hours and may involve travel to Voyager sites for key events. You’ll collaborate with HR, recruiting, IT, and MarCom to keep programs on track and aligned with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and/or experience.
• 10+ years recruiting coordinator experience with complex scheduling and project management.
• Experience creating employee communications, training content, or process docs with clear writing.
• Experience supporting project management activities across multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency with multiple HRIS and ATS systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication across business units.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end scheduling for interviews, on-site visits, and panel coordination across time zones.
• Prepare accurate, timely offer letters and share process best practices.
• Maintain ATS records and update HR systems in real time; support background checks and onboarding.
• Triaging sensitive issues and escalating when warranted with stakeholder engagement.
• Coordinate recruiting events, career fairs, and information sessions.
• Develop change-management content for Talent programs; publish updates via Teams/Slack.
• Own project workstreams end-to-end (e.g., Talent policy updates) and provide surge capacity.
• Support integration for acquisitions and entity onboarding with communications and ATS training.
