The Freeman Company in Nashville, TN seeks a supervisor to oversee show-site labor for install and dismantle and to manage pre-event prep in-office and in the warehouse. You will project equipment needs, operate Freeman’s inventory system, and support Modular Build Systems on site and in the warehouse.

Role requires travel 25%–50%, a strong background in coordinating labor, and proficiency with Word and Excel. This is a full-time, in-office and on-site position with benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Associate's Degree preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Three (3) years of related experience and/or training.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of Flex & Smart Panel Systems preferred.

Aufgaben

• Supervise show-site labor for install and dismantle on assigned events.
• Collaborate with growth, branch operations and Freeman tools to project equipment needs.
• Serve as primary operator and contact for Freeman enterprise inventory system.
• Support Modular Build Systems team in warehouse and on site.
• Show site supervision required at all times.
• Direct in-house labor and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Respond promptly to customer needs and solicit feedback.
