The Freeman Company’s Event & Exhibit Services in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Manager Labor Control to lead scheduling, staffing, and labor relations for live events. This in-person, full-time role collaborates with show site leadership to deliver safe, compliant outcomes.

You will manage union and contract labor, monitor budgets, log timecards, and maintain evaluation records while upholding safety policies and OSHA standards.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent accepted.
• Minimum two years of management experience.
• Experience managing under a collective bargaining agreement.
• Experience managing a multi-site workforce.
• Call center experience preferred.
• Strong data analytics skills to identify trends and resolve issues.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and delegation skills.
• Working knowledge of OSHA requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and supervise union, vendor, and part-time staff on show sites, including hiring and scheduling.
• Ensure adherence to company policies on customer service, attire, and attendance.
• Determine labor requirements with Show Site Operations and Department Heads for each event.
• Monitor labor usage and adjust to adhere to budgets.
• Assign qualified part-time staff and schedule union labor for local events.
• Submit timecards and maintain payroll records for all staff.
• Maintain evaluation databases for all part-time show team members.
• Assist with CAD diagrams for Hotel Services and Branch Sales as required.
• Communicate and reinforce safety objectives and ensure required training is completed.
• Maintain OSHA compliance and lead safety culture initiatives.
• Investigate and document workplace incidents and implement corrective actions.
