itD is seeking an Operations Coordinator III to own day-to-day operational execution for a collaborative audio research team supporting Reality Labs' AR/VR technologies. Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on operations experience in fast-paced environments.
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience coordinating logistics, onboarding/offboarding, and cross-functional support.
• Ability to work independently in ambiguous situations.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and offboarding activities including access, orientation, and equipment coordination.
• Streamline day-to-day operations and manage time-sensitive requests.
• Coordinate lab, equipment, and facility logistics.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and trackers.
• Monitor operations, identify issues, and escalate when needed.
• Coordinate team events and hands-on setup.
• Develop lightweight tools and processes to improve workflows.
• Collaborate with researchers and leaders across levels.
