Mister Car Wash in Rialto, CA is launching your leadership career through the Operations Lead in Training (OLIT) program. This 16-week experience builds handson operational skills and the foundational leadership abilities needed for long-term growth into management.

You'll work with an experienced GM to deliver exceptional guest experiences, lead daily operations, grow sales including Unlimited Wash Club memberships, and set you up for a path to Assistant General Manager as you learn and lead.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of leadership experience.
• Customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
