Mister Car Wash is launching its Operations Lead in Training program in Minnesota. The 16-week training blends hands-on operations with leadership development under an experienced General Manager, aiming to prepare you for an Assistant General Manager role.

You’ll gain skills in delivering exceptional guest experiences, leading a team, promoting Unlimited Wash Club® memberships, and growing sales while building confidence in leadership. Employment is contingent upon background checks.

The Operations Lead in Training (OLIT) role is the launchpad for a rewarding leadership career—where your potential meets our momentum. Over a focused 16-week training experience, you’ll build hands on operational skills and gain the foundational leadership abilities that can fuel long-term career growth at Mister.

In this role, you’ll work closely with a n experienced General Manager to:

• Deliver an unforgettable customer experience with Mister’s signature wave, smile, and commitment to excellence.


• Lead daily operations with purpose, helping your team balance speed, quality, and teamwork to create “wow” moments for every guest.


• Grow your sales and leadership skills by promoting our products and Unlimited Wash Club® memberships.

Your training will help you build the confidence, judgment, and business acumen needed to step into the Operations Lead role—with a clear path towards Assistant General Manager.
