Mister Car Wash in Nashville is launching an Operations Lead in Training (OLIT) program designed to fast-track your leadership career. Over 16 weeks you’ll gain hands-on operational skills while working with an experienced General Manager to learn how to balance speed, quality, and teamwork to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You’ll develop sales and leadership capabilities by promoting products and Unlimited Wash Club memberships, while building confidence for future roles such as

• Must have proven leadership experience — at least 1 year leading a team, supervising shifts, or managing people in a customer-facing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer experiences and work in a fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to grow and mentor others in a rapid-growth organization.

Over a focused 16-week training experience, you’ll build hands on operational skills and gain the foundational leadership abilities that can fuel long-term career growth at Mister.

In this role, you’ll work closely with a n experienced General Manager to:

Your training will help you build the confidence, judgment, and business acumen needed to step into the Operations Lead role—with a clear path towards Assistant General Manager.
