Job summary

Mister Car Wash is launching an Operations Lead in Training (OLIT) program in the United States. This 16-week training path builds hands-on operational skills and foundational leadership abilities, under the guidance of an experienced General Manager.

The program targets individuals eager to begin a leadership career in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Participants develop business acumen, customer-experience expertise, and team leadership as they work toward the Operations Lead role

In this role, you’ll work closely with a n experienced General Manager to:

Your training will help you build the confidence, judgment, and business acumen needed to step into the Operations Lead role—with a clear path towards Assistant General Manager.
