Mister Car Wash in Edgewater, MD launches the Operations Lead in Training (OLIT) program — a 16-week track to build leadership and hands-on operations skills alongside a seasoned General Manager.

In this role, you’ll work closely with a n experienced General Manager to:

• Lead daily operations with purpose, helping your team balance speed, quality, and teamwork to create “wow” moments for every guest.


• Grow your sales and leadership skills by promoting our products and Unlimited Wash Club® memberships.
