Mister Car Wash, Inc. in Minnesota is launching the Operations Lead In Training (OLIT) program, a 16-week training track designed to build hands-on operations and foundational leadership skills under an experienced General Manager.

You will help deliver an outstanding guest experience, balance speed and quality, grow memberships, and develop your leadership abilities with a clear path toward an Assistant General Manager role. This people-first company values teamwork and continuous growth.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leading a team, supervising shifts, or managing people in a customer-facing environment.
• A positive, proactive attitude and desire to grow into leadership.
• Strong communication and guest-service skills.

• Grow your sales and leadership skills by promoting our products and Unlimited Wash Club® memberships.

Your training will help you build the confidence, judgment, and business acumen needed to step into the Operations Lead role—with a clear path towards Assistant General Manager.
