Job summary

PACS Group is seeking an Operations Assistant to help direct day-to-day operations at a skilled nursing facility, reporting to the Licensed Administrator. The role emphasizes quality patient care, adherence to regulatory requirements, and fiscally responsible management of the facility.

You will work with facility leadership to implement programs, monitor budget performance, and foster relationships with PACS Services and local community partners to support census growth and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent.
• Master's Degree or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the facility's provision of quality patient care with leadership alignment.
• Assist in all operations functions to ensure compliance with laws and financial health.
• Support planning, development, and evaluation of facility programs and activities.
• Monitor and manage budgeting, variances, and financial health of the facility.
• Support policy implementation, staff supervision, and performance accountability.
• Engage with community groups and hospital leadership to build relationships.
• Prepare for state and federal surveys and drive corrective action plans.
