• Tech-Savvy: Advanced proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and Microsoft Teams; direct experience implementing or navigating WMS or courier tracking technology.
• Organization: Exceptional organizational and spatial planning skills, with an eye for cleanliness, facility organization, and strict inventory accuracy.
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Fluency in English required, Spanish a plus
• Flexibility to support critical time sensitive client needs.

In this role, you will manage a team of 3–4 warehouse team members, ensure meticulous inventory management, coordinate seamless fulfillment and courier services, and maintain a clean, organized, and high-performing facility. The ideal candidate balances operational leadership with strong tech-savviness, driving efficiency through software, data driven reporting, MS Office, and Microsoft Teams while holding the team accountable to high standards of performance.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the physical facility, ensuring a highly organized, safe, and immaculate working environment.

• Troubleshoot and manage routine facility maintenance, equipment upkeep, and safety compliance.

Technology & General Operations

• Utilize MS Office (Excel, Word) to track operational metrics, log inventory data, and generate reports.
• Leverage Microsoft Teams and modern communication tools to coordinate with upper management, team members, drivers, and clients.
• Support technology implementation, helping adopt and optimize logistics, courier, or warehouse management software (WMS) to improve overall workflow efficiency.

Qualifications
