Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track compliance requirements related to the RACP Grant and OSBNB opening.
• Prepare, review, and route licensing applications, agreements, and related documentation for approval and submission.
• Ensure timely submission of required reports, permits, and filings to regulatory bodies.
• Support vendor and partner engagement by managing agreement sign-offs and maintaining accurate records.
• Monitor the financial components of the projects, including basic tracking of expenditures against the budget.
• Assist in developing project timelines and ensuring deliverables remain on schedule.
• Provide operational support to the leadership team to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Assist the Board in Ad Hoc projects as assigned.
