Acquire Talent Partners LLC is seeking a Chief Financial and Operations Officer (CFOO) for a prominent School. Reporting to the Head of School, the CFOO will oversee financial operations, budgeting, long-range planning, and risk management to ensure sustainability.

The role leads accounting, HR, facilities, contracts, and vendor management, partnering with the Board to advance the school's mission and long-term goals.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA/MBA or equivalent preferred for leadership roles.
• Experience in nonprofit governance and financial reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic leadership for financial operations, budgeting, long-range planning, and financial analysis.
• Direct accounting and business office functions including general ledger, payroll, and financial reporting.
• Lead risk management, regulatory compliance, governance support, and policy development.
• Oversee human resources functions, compensation and benefits, and employment law compliance.
• Manage business operations, purchasing, vendor and contract management, and facilities.
• Partner with the Head of School and Board to advance the school's mission and strategic objectives.
