Job summary

Clasp.com is on a mission to modernize the health insurance industry. They’re seeking a Business Operations & Strategy professional to take on high-priority operational tasks across products and drive new initiatives. The role offers autonomy and an opportunity to make a significant impact by owning processes from design to execution.

The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience in environments like consulting or finance, be a structured thinker, and possess strong analytical and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Proactively solves problems and works around obstacles.
• Fluent in spreadsheets and capable of structured analysis.
• Scopes projects from ambiguous problems to execution.
• Manages stakeholders to drive projects to completion.
• Experience in high-caliber environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate across Clasp's business on key operational tasks.
• Stand up new processes and make them repeatable.
• Act as GM for new verticals, managing strategy and outcomes.
• Serve as PM when needed, writing requirements and driving delivery.
• Use data to size the impact and prove effectiveness.
