Job summary

VETS Junk Removal and Dumpsters Columbia is seeking an Operations Coordinator to lead daily junk removal and dumpster operations. This hands-on role blends operations management, field leadership, dispatching, estimating, and customer service.

You will oversee the Senior Team Leader and perform core field duties including driving company trucks and providing on-site quotes. This is not a desk-only position and requires field presence.

Qualifications

• Must have 1+ years of leadership experience.
• Ability to physically perform junk removal and lift heavy items.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide direction to the Senior Team Leader responsible for field crews.
• Coordinate daily junk removal and dumpster schedule; assign crews and vehicles.
• Monitor field performance, productivity, and adherence to standards.
