Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• At least two years of administrative or building management experience.
• Food Protection Certification from NYC DOH or related authority.
• CPR Certification within 90 days from date of hire.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure program adherence to federal, state, and regulatory guidelines for physical plant, food services, and fire/safety management.
• Supervise administrative, fiscal, kitchen, and facility operations and staff.
• Provide regularly scheduled supervision to assigned staff and document sessions.
• Assist in planning and developing staff trainings to improve competencies and policy compliance.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient records and uphold HIPAA/privacy standards.
• Participate in quality improvement and other agency committees or work groups.
