Job summary

Brooklyn Bowl Las Vegas, operated by Live Nation Entertainment, is seeking an Operations Manager to assist the Director of Operations in overseeing all aspects of food, beverage and bowling, ensuring guest service standards and profitability.

You will review staffing, schedules, costs, and compliance, hire and motivate staff, enforce health codes, and maintain efficient operation across restaurant, bars and lanes, with a flexible weekend schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years progressive managerial experience in food and beverage.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in hotel/restaurant mgmt or related field.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety compliance.
• Ability to supervise across multiple departments (restaurant, bar, bowling).

Responsibilities

• Oversee all areas to gauge staffing levels, working conditions and profitability.
• Establish standards and objectives with the Director of Operations and manage staffing.
• Monitor performance across food, beverage and bowling to improve operations and financial returns.
• Review schedules for appropriate coverage based on projected volume.
• Ensure adherence to health code guidelines.
• Pre-screen and motivate employees to meet objectives.
