The role requires a strong track record in Lean/Six Sigma, budgeting, and stakeholder management, with a preference for an advanced degree. Excellent leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Progressive leadership experience in operations, manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, or related environments.
• Demonstrated success leading large teams and driving operational improvements across complex organizations.
• Strong business acumen with experience managing budgets, performance metrics, and strategic initiatives.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders, lead change, and build high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, or other operational excellence methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for operational functions across multiple manufacturing sites or units.
• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company goals.
• Drive continuous improvement focusing on safety, quality, productivity, delivery, and cost.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to ensure objectives are met.
• Lead, mentor, and develop management teams fostering accountability and collaboration.
• Oversee resource planning, workforce optimization, and budgeting.
• Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Sales, Engineering and others.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and organizational effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and company standards.
• Support growth initiatives, capital projects, and transformation efforts.
