Job summary

3R Technology Global in Riverbank, CA, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to run the e-waste recycling facility on-site. This full-time role leads a team of technicians and operators, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance while driving efficient production.

You will develop SOPs, monitor KPIs, manage budgets, and coordinate with vendors, ITAD partners, manufacturers, retailers, and third-party logistics providers.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of operations management experience in e-waste, electronics recycling, or related fields.
• Proven ability to lead production or facility teams and improve processes.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Riverbank facility, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance.
• Manage end-to-end logistics: inbound e-waste, processing, and outbound materials.
• Lead and mentor technicians, sorters, and operations staff.
• Develop and implement SOPs across operations.
• Ensure compliance with EPA, OSHA, and California DTSC regulations.
• Monitor KPIs, production output, and budgets; prepare reports for leadership.
• Coordinate with vendors, ITAD partners, manufacturers, retailers, and logistics providers.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and capacity growth.
