Job summary

Veo is seeking an Operations Manager to lead our dockless micromobility program in a fast-paced, onsite role. You will oversee daily warehouse and field operations, coordinate fleet deployment, and build a high-performing team to drive ridership and exceptional customer service in your market.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, self-directed, and thrives in rapid environments, with a passion for sustainable transport and community impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–2 years managing operations in fleets, warehousing, distribution, or related fields.
• Ability to lift 60 lbs routinely.
• Ownership mindset with a bias for action.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse and field operations.
• Move scooters, drive vans, and maintain equipment.
• Set and manage daily routes for hourly staff.
• Identify gaps in operations metrics and implement solutions.
• Ensure fleet health data is submitted timely and accurately.
• Recruit and train local team.
• Ensure compliance with city agreements and SOPs.
• Manage inventory and parts orders.
