Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year experience as a Walmart Supply Chain associate OR 1 year experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or distribution center environment.

Responsibilities

• Supports associate engagement by providing learning opportunities building relationships providing cross-training opportunities and consistently encouraging teamwork with other areas.
• Creates and monitors work plans and staffing levels to meet daily workload and deadlines.
• Adjusts staffing and priorities during shifts to meet deadlines and communicate progress to managers and colleagues.
• Drives improvements through Walmart Performance System practices and monitors key performance indicators.
• Serves as a subject matter expert within the support function and coordinates with other departments as needed.
