Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business or a related field and 1+ year experience in an operations/distribution/logistics environment, supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing managers/supervisors; managing workload; and participating in hiring and promotion of employees.
• Experience supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing managers/supervisors; managing associate workload; participating in hiring and promotion.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and data analysis skills to drive operational improvements.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing to coordinate suppliers, customers, and associates.
• Drive and implement the business plan for the area of responsibility to achieve facility goals (production, quality, safety).
• Forecast staffing workload and performance results to meet business demands.
• Prepare, review, and analyze business reports to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with logistics, quality, and safety standards and procedures.
• Supervise and manage associates and leaders, providing direction, feedback, and development opportunities.
