• Ability to use email, spreadsheet, word processing tools

Responsibilities

• Verify and process receiving and billing documentation
• Prepare and analyze shipping/receiving paperwork and reports
• Schedule deliveries and maintain delivery appointment logs
• Perform general clerical duties ( filing, data entry, faxing, entering data) and maintain documentation
