The University of Richmond School of Law seeks an Operations Manager for Development and Alumni Relations who will oversee annual giving, alumni programming, events, and operations. Reporting to the Director of Annual Giving & Alumni Relations, this role coordinates data management, reporting, and fundraising software, and serves as the data liaison for Law Advancement.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 2–4 years of project and/or events experience required.
• Valid driver's license and motor vehicle records check required.
• Experience in development or alumni relations preferred.
• Computer proficiency with Blackbaud CRM or donor databases strongly preferred.
• High degree of personal integrity essential.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, manage, and implement Annual Giving & Alumni Relations programming.
• Manage gift tracking, acknowledgments, and stewardship communications.
• Plan and staff Law Advancement events, including invitations, RSVPs, and communications.
• Design a student philanthropy program to promote a culture of philanthropy.
• Track and report donor data in Blackbaud CRM; build queries and exports.
• Prepare mass emails and event registration pages for alumni.
• Monitor and analyze performance of communications and mailings.
• Monitor budgets and allocate transactions to accounts; reconcile statements.
• Serve as first point of contact for Law Advancement inquiries and manage team administrative needs.
• Supervise a part-time student employee.
