Base-2 Solutions is seeking a Deputy Program Manager / Operations Lead to support day-to-day execution of the SIA-3 IDIQ, synchronizing task order execution and overseeing analytic teams across regions and mission partners.

Qualifications

• PMP certification required.
• 8+ years of experience supporting DoD or IC programs.
• Strong operational management and coordination experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across multiple task orders and mission areas.
• Coordinate Task Order Managers, regional leads, and functional leads.
• Track schedule, staffing, and performance metrics and elevate issues as needed.
• Support workforce management, onboarding, surge operations, and continuity planning.
• Ensure execution aligns with DIA analytic standards and production timelines.
• Support preparation of status reports, executive briefings, and performance reviews.
• Act as PM designee when required.
