Job summary

Base-2 Solutions is seeking a Deputy Program Manager / Operations Lead to support day‑to‑day execution of the SIA‑3 IDIQ. The DPM will coordinate task order execution across analytic teams, regions, and mission partners, and act as PM designee when required.

This role requires an active Top Secret/SCI clearance, PMP certification, and 8+ years of DoD/IC program experience. It is a hybrid position in Reston, VA with competitive pay and comprehensive health, retirement, and leave benefits.

Qualifications

• PMP certification (required).
• 8+ years of experience supporting DoD or IC programs.
• Strong operational management and coordination experience.
• Familiarity with DIA production environments and analytic workflows.
• Experience managing cleared analytic or technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across multiple task orders and mission areas.
• Coordinate Task Order Managers, regional leads, and functional leads.
• Track schedule, staffing, and performance metrics and elevate issues as needed.
• Support workforce management, onboarding, surge operations, and continuity planning.
• Ensure execution aligns with DIA analytic standards and production timelines.
• Support preparation of status reports, executive briefings, and performance reviews.
• Act as PM designee when required.
