The role includes serving as the main liaison with government customers and developing comprehensive IMS, risk registers, and briefings.

The ideal candidate brings PMP certification, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and 5+ years of DoD program support, including 3+ years of full life-cycle proposal experience.

Qualifications

• PMP certification required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years supporting IC/DoD programs in task or program management.
• 3+ years proposal writing on government contracts.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS and IC procurement processes.
• Proficiency with MS Office and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute tasks on IC/DoD contracts within schedule, scope, and budget.
• Serve as primary government customer contact for day-to-day task order activities.
• Develop and maintain IMS, trackers, risk registers, and status reports.
• Manage resources, personnel assignments, and sub-contractor activities.
