Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisor/foreman experience.
• Has managed drivers.
• CDL preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Establish and uphold a work environment built on trust and respect.
• Oversee safe operation and preventive maintenance of heavy equipment.
• Plan routes and meet delivery schedules; supervise drivers and operators.
• Drive business results with data-based decision making at all levels.
• Prepare production and labor hour reports and assist in corrective actions.
