Job summary

Ecowaste Solutions is seeking a Driver Supervisor to lead and manage a team of drivers, ensuring safe operations and on-time deliveries from the Gardner facility. The role requires oversight of routes, schedules, and safety compliance, while supporting data-driven decisions to improve performance.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years in a driver supervisor role, with strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Requires strong written and spoken English communication.
• Experience with safe operation and preventive maintenance of heavy equipment.
• Demonstrated leadership experience as a supervisor or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor delivery/driver teams to meet schedules and performance goals.
• Inspect vehicles for safety and mechanical issues; perform preventive maintenance.
• Plan routes, manage daily shifts, and ensure timely deliveries and reporting.
• Prepare production and labor-hour reports and assist in corrective actions for incidents.
• Drive business results with data-based decisions and continuous process improvements.
