Job summary

Ecowaste Solutions is seeking a Fleet Manager in Springdale, AR. The role oversees the full fleet, maintenance, budgeting, staffing, and safety adherence to CARDS standards, reporting to the Regional Fleet Manager.

Ideal candidates hold a CDL A, have 3+ years of supervisory experience, and demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills. Weekly pay is provided along with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3 years of relevant work experience.
• 3 years of relevant supervisory experience.
• CDL A license required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Diesel vehicles, equipment and safety knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage full fleet and maintenance activities.
• Ensure safe and reliable vehicles are available.
• Oversee budgeting, staffing and training in the department.
• Monitor vehicle utilization and repair priorities.
• Maintain compliance with CARDS standards and regulations.
