Ecowaste Solutions in Muskogee, OK is seeking a hands-on Supervisor to lead our operations. The successful candidate will ensure a safe, efficient work environment, manage drivers and equipment, and drive data-based decisions to meet delivery schedules.

Qualifications

• CDL preferred.
• Equipment operator experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Establishing a work environment focused on trust and respect.
• Oversee safe operation and preventive maintenance of heavy equipment.
• Drive business results with data-based decisions.
• Empower and engage operators; set department vision and objectives.
• Recommend and implement approved procedural changes.
• Inspect vehicles for safety and maintenance; plan routes and deliveries.
• Prepare production and labor hour reports; assist corrective actions post-accidents.
