Job summary

Amrize is seeking an Operations Manager in Dundee, MI to drive strategic execution across a defined market and product line. You will oversee employee productivity, operational efficiency, customer service levels, and staff retention in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with Master’s preferred and a background in Operations Management or engineering. Travel within the region is expected, and a range of benefits is offered by Amrize.

• Bachelor's degree or 7 years of equivalent experience.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Field of Study: Operations Management, Business, Civil or mechanical engineering or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Ensures the operations achieve business objectives by providing direction and oversight to managers.
• Supports the region in achieving overall P&L targets by identifying opportunities for improvement and collaborating across the region to leverage resources.
• Participates in the preparation of operating budgets.
• Conducts operations reviews to assess cost drivers and measure productivity and cost performance.
• Creates and enforces safety and environmental stewardship, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Demonstrates continuous effort to improve operations, reduce turnaround times, and streamline processes.
