Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience evaluating detailed client documents for accuracy and compliance.
• History of handling heavy caseloads with 48-hour turnarounds.
• Experience following SOPs and resolving issues with partners.
• Experience using multiple systems to complete tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication with partners.

Responsibilities

• Review detailed documents or client account information for accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct risk assessments and apply mitigation steps per guidelines.
• Research and resolve data issues using documented procedures and escalation paths.
• Respond to inquiries by phone/email and escalate complex issues to leadership.
• Independently manage a workload with due-date prioritization for timely completion.
• Understand end-to-end process flow and upstream/downstream impacts of work.
• Perform onboarding and maintenance of accounts and review documentation.
• Answer client inquiries across channels to support efficiency and service quality.
• Review and approve required account documentation.
• Identify risks and process-improvement opportunities across units.
• Conduct research and resolve more complex routine requests.
