Job summary

Millstone Medical in Olive Branch, MS is seeking an Operations Team Lead (Cases/Trays) for the 1st shift (8am–4:30pm). You will oversee the Cases & Trays department, assign work, and ensure operators follow required duties and quality standards.

The role requires 1–2 years of prior experience, basic arithmetic, and strong written and verbal English communication. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of prior experience in a lead/operational role.
• Basic arithmetic skills for daily tasks and inventory.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to train and develop other employees.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Ability to read and write English and interpret blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Assign work based on priorities set by the Operations Supervisor.
• Ensure operators follow duties and quality standards.
• Assist in addressing operational and quality issues in shipping, receiving, and packaging.
• Recommend changes to processes and support improvements.
• Train new operators and support team development.
• Visual inspection of devices requiring 20/20 vision.
