Job Description: Operations Lead at Alo Yoga

Join our team as an Operations Lead and be a vital part of the store leadership, driving profitability and efficiency. You will collaborate closely with the Operations & Visual Manager to delegate tasks, provide feedback, and optimize store operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inventory processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrinkage.
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies and collaborate with the General Manager to address process or system issues.
  • Oversee shipment, receiving, sales floor replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • Maintain visual standards and ensure a safe, efficient work environment.
Business Leadership:
  • Partner with management to oversee budgets, expenses, inventory, vendor relations, and facilities.
  • Utilize metrics to support business strategies and adapt dynamically on the retail floor.
People Leadership:
  • Lead by example, oversee staff recruitment and development, and provide ongoing feedback for growth.
Business Partnering:
  • Collaborate with Visual and Sales & Service Leads to ensure cross-functional training and execution of directives.
Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a client-centric, sales environment.
  • Proven leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication skills and alignment with Alo’s principles.
Additional Details:

This is a full-time role requiring 32-40 hours per week, including variable shifts, weekends, and during the holiday blackout period from Thanksgiving through early January. Compensation ranges from $22.00 to $26.00 per hour, with potential bonuses and benefits including discounts, health plans, 401K, and more.
