Job summary

RBW Logistics in Pooler, GA seeks an Operations Lead to coordinate loading, unloading, and staging of product, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.

You will monitor inventory integrity, enforce SOPs, lead schedules, and serve as a liaison between warehouse workers and the operations manager, with safety as a priority.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years in a warehouse environment.
• Able to operate a computer and follow SOPs.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Leads, coordinates, and assists the loading, unloading, orderly placement, and staging of product.
• Ensures paperwork is accurate and performs second counts.
• Ensures that customer orders are picked and shipped in a timely fashion.
• Maintains an effective operation that minimizes cost and ensures optimal space utilization.
• Participates in establishing work schedules.
• Assures the integrity of the inventory and assists in physical counts.
• Acts as liaison between warehouse workers and the operations manager.
• Monitors the safety of all personnel, equipment, and property.
