Job summary

Borderworx Logistics is seeking an experienced Evening Operations Lead to coordinate our warehouse, dock, dispatch, and transportation activities. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who takes initiative, solves problems, and keeps operations running efficiently.

Full Time - Monday to Friday, 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM. You will lead evening staff, ensure timely shipments, and uphold safety and quality standards across all moving parts of the operation.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, transportation, or logistics required.
• Forklift experience required.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate evening warehouse and dock operations.

• Oversee loading, unloading, and shipment accuracy.
• Coordinate dispatch and communicate with drivers.
