The Onsite Manager oversees the daily operations of a rental car location, serving as the primary point of contact for clients and ensuring exceptional service delivery. This role focuses heavily on building and maintaining strong client relationships, addressing concerns proactively, communicating performance updates, and ensuring client expectations are consistently met. In addition to managing customer and client interactions, the Onsite Manager supervises staff, coordinates vehicle inventory and availability, monitors operational performance, ensures safety and compliance standards are followed, and resolves service issues. They work closely with clients, employees, and business partners to drive operational efficiency, enhance customer satisfaction, and support overall business objectives.

Position Requirements:
