Fish Window Cleaning – East Houston is seeking a dependable Operations Lead to flex between field operations and sales. This hands-on role involves cleaning, supporting the field team, estimating, prospecting, and nurturing customer relationships.

You'll work both in the field and with customers, take initiative, and grow into a larger leadership role as the business expands. Full-Time: 40 hours/week; Pay: $17/hour + sales commission, with growth opportunities.

Position Overview

Fish Window Cleaning – East Houston is looking for a dependable, motivated Operations Lead who can flex between field operations and sales depending on the needs of the business.

This is a hands-on role. Some weeks may be more focused on window cleaning and supporting the field team, while other weeks may include more estimating, prospecting, customer follow-up, and sales activity.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable working both in the field and with customers, takes initiative, and is interested in growing into a larger leadership role as the business grows.

Full-Time: 40 hours/week
Pay: $17/hour + sales commission

Job Description

Field Operations

• Perform residential and commercial window cleaning
• Support daily cleaning routes as needed
• Help ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
• Communicate professionally with customers while on-site
• Assist with equipment, vehicle, and supply organization
• Help support other field employees as needed
• Assist with resolving minor customer or operational issues

Sales & Customer Growth

• Visit local businesses and provide window-cleaning estimates
• Prospect for new commercial and residential customers
• Follow up on estimates and potential customers
• Build relationships with local businesses and property managers
• Identify new sales opportunities while working in the field
• Maintain accurate information on sales activity and follow-up
• Help reactivate previous customers and grow recurring accounts

Operations Support

• Help the owner with day-to-day operational needs
• Step into different responsibilities based on the weekly workload
• Help keep routes organized and jobs running smoothly
• Communicate issues, opportunities, and customer feedback
• Take increasing ownership of field operations as experience grows
