Fish Window Cleaning – East Houston is seeking a dependable Operations Lead who can flex between field operations and sales. This hands-on role balances window cleaning duties with estimating, prospecting, and customer follow-up, in a part-time schedule.

You will work both in the field and with customers, growing into a leadership role as the business expands. Pay is $17/hour plus sales commission, with growth opportunities into a full-time leadership position.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and commercial window cleaning and support daily routes.
• Grow sales through prospecting, estimating, follow-ups and relationship building.
• Coordinate with owner to keep routes organized and jobs running smoothly.
