Fish Window Cleaning – East Houston is seeking a dependable Operations Lead who can blend field work and sales. This hands-on role supports window cleaning, estimates, and customer follow-up, with weeks varying between field duties and sales activity.

• Previous window-cleaning experience is not required; sales, customer service, field service, supervisory, or leadership experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and commercial window cleaning.
• Support daily cleaning routes as needed.
• Help ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.
• Communicate professionally with customers while on-site.
• Assist with equipment, vehicle, and supply organization.
• Help support other field employees as needed.
• Assist with resolving minor customer or operational issues.
