Job summary

Fish Window Cleaning – East Houston is seeking a dependable Operations Lead to flex between field operations and sales. This hands-on role involves cleaning, supporting the field team, estimating, prospecting, and nurturing customer relationships.

You'll work both in the field and with customers, take initiative, and grow into a larger leadership role as the business expands. Full-Time: 40 hours/week; Pay: $17/hour + sales commission, with growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and commercial window cleaning and support daily routes.
• Provide estimates and prospect for new commercial and residential customers.
• Maintain professional communication with customers on-site.
• Support day-to-day operations and help keep routes organized.
• Assist with resolving customer or operational issues as they arise.
