Job summary

ITG Brands is seeking an Operations Lead in a manufacturing setting to coordinate daily production activities in a fast-paced plant. You will drive safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency while guiding teams and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires a strong background in manufacturing leadership, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain. This is a full-time on-site position in a dynamic facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or related field.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive manufacturing/operations leadership experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
• Strong leadership, problem solving, organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with SAP and MS Office in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily production activities to achieve operational goals.
• Monitor productivity, quality, safety, and performance metrics.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to production personnel.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Coordinate resources, materials, and manpower to meet production schedules.
• Assist in resolving production challenges and escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and other departments.
• Prepare and communicate operational reports and performance updates.
• Support employee training, development and performance management.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and special projects.

The Operations Lead is responsible for coordinating and overseeing daily manufacturing operations to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency objectives are achieved. This role provides leadership and guidance to production teams, supports continuous improvement initiatives, and serves as a key link between operational staff and management. The Operations Lead will drive operational excellence by monitoring performance, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Education

Experience

• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in manufacturing, operations, or production leadership roles.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Working Conditions
