You will oversee day-to-day operations, build employer partnerships, and create pathways for students and graduates to secure jobs, internships, apprenticeships, and training placements. Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, organizational leadership, workforce development, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 3+ years of experience in operations management, workforce development, job placement, or program coordination.
• Proven success building employer partnerships and developing job or training placement pipelines.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with CRM systems, reporting tools, and project management platforms.
• Deep commitment to helping underserved youth and families discover their life purpose and career path.
• Self-motivated, strategic, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operations of School To Success programs and services.
• Develop and implement SOPs that keep workflows efficient, consistent, and scalable.
• Match students and graduates with career, job, and training opportunities based on life purpose and career plans; track placements and outcomes.
• Represent School To Success to nonprofit organizations, churches, schools, businesses, and government agencies; maintain collaboration agreements and cultivate new partnerships.
• Coordinate enrollment specialists, coaches, contractors, and volunteers; ensure teams have resources and direction.
• Identify opportunities to expand services and improve outcomes; contribute to strategic planning and execution.
• Monitor KPIs for operations and job development; prepare reports on placements, partner activity, and program performance.
• Lead and support community outreach, presentations, and events; advocate for career guidance training and life purpose development in underserved communities.

Position Summary

The Operations and Job Development Manager leads the operational and workforce development efforts of School To Success. This role oversees day-to-day operations, develops employer and community partnerships, and creates job, internship, apprenticeship, and training placement pathways for students and graduates. The Manager coordinates teams, tracks performance, and drives strategic growth so the organization can expand its reach and help more families achieve success after high school and later in life.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

Oversee day-to-day operations of School To Success programs and services. Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) that keep workflows efficient, consistent, and scalable.

Match students and graduates with appropriate career, job, and training opportunities based on their life purpose, assessment results, and career plans. Track placements and outcomes.

Partner & Stakeholder Relations

Represent School To Success to nonprofit organizations, churches, schools, businesses, and government agencies. Maintain collaboration agreements and cultivate new partnerships.

Team Coordination & Support

Coordinate the efforts of enrollment specialists, coaches, contractors, and volunteers. Ensure teams have the resources and direction needed to meet program goals and serve families well.

Identify opportunities to expand services, reach more families, and improve outcomes. Contribute to strategic planning and help execute initiatives that grow the organization's impact.

Reporting & Performance Tracking

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for operations and job development. Prepare regular reports on placements, partner activity, program performance, and progress toward the 1-million-family goal.

Community Outreach & Advocacy

Lead and support community outreach efforts, presentations, and events. Advocate for career guidance training and life purpose development in underserved communities.
