Job summary

SITECH Texoma is seeking a Business Operations and Inventory Supervisor to lead inventory, warehousing and daily back‑office operations in Midland, TX. The role oversees staff, enforces procedures, and drives efficiency across sales, service and rental workflows, while maintaining accurate inventory records.

The position requires an associates degree with 3–5 years of related experience, strong data analysis and communication skills, and proficiency with inventory software such as E‑Automate.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent with 3–5 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of database software, internet software, inventory software, and order processing systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience managing inventory and back-office operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepares reports for dashboard and KPI input.
• Oversees direct report and operations staff.
• Maintains back-office systems such as E-Automate.
• Manages inventory, warehousing and logistics; coordinates RMA flow.
