The Business Operations and Inventory Supervisor is responsible for managing the back office, inventory and daily business operations of SITECH Texoma.
Prepares reports for dashboard and KPI input. Analyzes data for process improvement recommendations.
Associates’ degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two‑year college or technical school; 3-5 years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge of database software, internet software, inventory software, order processing systems.
Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Suite.
Experience with managing inventory.
Detail oriented, ability to work independently with strong organizational and communication skills in a fast‑paced environment.
Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures and governmental regulation written in English.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume; ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
